Rev. Dr. Christin LGobio

The team is led by Rev. Dr. Christin LGobio the president and founder of Christ Generation Missions, Inc. Pastor Chris LGobio is an International Speaker and Human Development Expert. He is also the co-founder of the HL-Gobio Foundation, and associate pastor of Christ Gospel Church located in Silver Spring, MD. Rev. Dr. Christin LGobio is a passionate icon in Christian Ministry and philanthropy. His passion for ministry and missions afforded him the opportunity to minister the gospel and serve the poor in many nations throughout African, Europe and the United States. In 2022, he received the President Lifetime Achievement Award from the United States President Joseph R. Biden Jr.

In 2011, he received a Distinguished Award for Philanthropic Service in Sierra Leone. He is the loving husband of Mrs. Hawanatu LGobio and the proud father of two children and many spiritual sons and daughters around the world.

Caribbean & African Faith-Based Leadership Conference

“Through a partnership with CAFBLC, Rev. Dr. Christin L-Gobioa has helped to facilitate the participation of many West African Christian leaders in faith-based diaspora briefings on immigration reform, criminal justice reform, and US African relations at the White House Office of Faith-based Partnerships, the US Department of State Office of Religious and Global Affairs and the US Department of Homeland Security Faith-Based Center. Rev. Dr. L-Gobio has also given outstanding service to CAFBLC during his tenure as the West African Director. The organization continues to hold him in high esteem as a man of prayer, faith, passion, and relentless commitment.”

CGMI provides support to families in numerous countries in Africa, Asia, and within the United States. Services include the provision of clothing, food, medical services & supplies, and toiletries.
